The end of the year, more precisely December – which also extends into January – differs from the other 11 months of the year. Most likely, there is no need to explain the reason for this in detail. If we are lucky, it will snow, the world around us will turn white, and Santa Claus, the favorite friend of all children, will arrive to all of us. In addition, the New Year arrives, followed by Christmas.
This is the time of year when we all calm down a bit, spend more time with family members after the year-long rush, reflect on the year behind us, and take some rest before new challenges.
Tisza Automotive is known as a family-friendly workplace. Throughout the year, we organize promotions and programs in which not only our employees but also their family members can participate. Among all these initiatives, it is worth highlighting the Tisza Mammy program, within which our colleagues receive financial support for newborn children.
And December is exactly the period when, through internal company promotions, we try to draw attention to family, holidays, and turning toward one another, because we want our employees to feel comfortable within the company.
This goal is also served by the fact that at the beginning of December all three of our locations are dressed in festive decoration, as this way the atmosphere of the New Year and Christmas can be felt at the workplace as well.
We can reveal that Saint Nicholas visited our employees, and everyone received a gift, regardless of whether they cleaned their shoes or boots, or perhaps forgot to do so.
Since we want to surprise our employees, we cannot reveal most of our promotions in this article. What we can say is that many more surprises await our colleagues by the end of the year, through which we aim to strengthen team spirit and ensure that everyone spends their working time in a good mood.
